This project focused on creating a clear, efficient platform for showcasing New York State–based real estate opportunities through a concise, professional brand. The client, a New York real estate broker, needed a domain name and website designed to present rare commercial, mixed-use, and residential investment properties in a format suitable for direct distribution to private investors and the client database.
We developed NYSAP.com, short for New York State Available Properties, as a streamlined, email-friendly domain paired with a purpose-built website. The platform allows individual listings to be showcased with images, descriptions, and key property details, making it easy to highlight off-market and hard-to-find opportunities while maintaining a professional, broker-driven presentation.
